A very special thank you goes to our personal concierge, Ayudiah, who looked after us with such grace and attentiveness. She anticipated every need, organized everything to perfection, and made us feel genuinely taken care of – professional, kind, and always with a warm smile. One of the culinary highlights was our evening at the Irori Grill, where Jery, the talented chef, wowed us with an incredible Wagyu dinner – an absolute masterpiece. Every bite was exquisite, reflecting his passion and skill. We also want to express our heartfelt gratitude to every single member of the resort team – from the gardeners who maintain the lush beauty of the grounds, to the engineers, pool staff, waiters, and front desk team. Each and every person contributed to making our stay feel like a dream. A truly exceptional part of our experience were the daily yoga sessions with Putu, a gifted and inspiring teacher. His calm presence, deep knowledge, and personalized guidance helped us grow tremendously – even mastering a relaxed headstand! These sessions were a highlight of our stay, both physically and spiritually enriching. In the Spa, we had the pleasure of receiving deeply relaxing and professional treatments from Ari and her colleague – truly skilled therapists who made every session a sanctuary of peace and well-being. The food, the ambiance, the thoughtful design, and the attention to detail – everything was of the highest standard. This resort is truly a gem. We wholeheartedly recommend Aksari Luxury Resort Ubud. it’s like being in the paradise, in the middle of the jungle. The pools were awesome, services and staff were excellent.

A cosy and beautiful place. We usually find hotels and resorts don't live up to the pictures you see on their website - but it was not the case for Aksari! The views of and from the property are amazing - makes you feel you are nestled in a jungle. It is a bit away from the main shopping and eating areas so not the place if you want that proximity - but for us it worked perfectly. We would specially like to acknowledge the extremely helpful and professional staff who were ready to go the extra mile. Ayu Diah was there for us from check in till check out - ready to help with any big or small request. We loved attending the daily yoga classes at the majestic open air yoga space which exudes tranquility. Putu is a great yoga teacher and gave personal attention and kept it fun yet challenging. Ida and Lina were our masseuses - they were thoroughly professional and friendly and we felt thoroughly rejuvenated after our massages.

I recently stayed at this hotel around my birthday and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel itself was lovely, and the breakfast was nice with a good variety of options. The service was great too—every staff member was attentive and kind and really went the extra mile to help with anything! There is also a lot of extras included in your booking, free 15 minute massage, free afternoon tea, yoga etc! Treat yourself to a Balinese massage it’s absolutely worth it! Incredible experience. Special thanks to the staff, in particular Ayu who helped us navigate the best spots around the area.

It was a very nice experience here! The hotel it s so beautiful, and the pool it s awesome. All the staff are very polite, especially Erika from the reception. She offer us all the necessary information and help us with all we needed. Dian and Nelly did us the best Balinese massage, and the yoga session was the best, we recommend Fudu trainer. Last but not least the food on Japanese restaurant was very good, also the show of the cook that make the dinner in front of us was so nice. Ana also from Japanese restaurant is the most carefully and nice girl.
