A cosy and beautiful place. We usually find hotels and resorts don't live up to the pictures you see on their website - but it was not the case for Aksari! The views of and from the property are amazing - makes you feel you are nestled in a jungle. It is a bit away from the main shopping and eating areas so not the place if you want that proximity - but for us it worked perfectly. We would specially like to acknowledge the extremely helpful and professional staff who were ready to go the extra mile. Ayu Diah was there for us from check in till check out - ready to help with any big or small request. We loved attending the daily yoga classes at the majestic open air yoga space which exudes tranquility. Putu is a great yoga teacher and gave personal attention and kept it fun yet challenging. Ida and Lina were our masseuses - they were thoroughly professional and friendly and we felt thoroughly rejuvenated after our massages.

The professional staff, hostess Erika and Ayo maid our stay very special. They remember you and are always making sure you are enjoying your self and have everything you need. Me and my partner felt safe and comfortable. All staff were smiling and helpful. We enjoyed an amazing massage at the spa, one of the best massage I ever had. The perfect way to start your day is by taking one of the free yoga sessions with Putu in the morning, after the yoga you can go down to the breakfast and meet the smiling Lovi, she will make sure you have all you need at your table. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I recently stayed at this hotel around my birthday and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel itself was lovely, and the breakfast was nice with a good variety of options. The service was great too—every staff member was attentive and kind and really went the extra mile to help with anything! There is also a lot of extras included in your booking, free 15 minute massage, free afternoon tea, yoga etc! Treat yourself to a Balinese massage it’s absolutely worth it! Incredible experience. Special thanks to the staff, in particular Ayu who helped us navigate the best spots around the area.

Ayu was very helpful. the food and drinks were nice and everything just felt super luxury. the scenery and views were exceptional. the mobile signal and wifi were really fast across different areas of the hotel. they had promos and special offers on drinks packages. the floating breakfast was exceptional with a quick set up time. same with the candlelit dinner. overall wonderful experience with very good value for money.

And Aksari Resort Ubud is a part of heaven - inside Paradise 🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡 Is Much better than photos- is the best hotel you can find- in the best part of Bali- literally a “paradise” , the views are amazing, the rooms are amazing, the pools and the jacuzzi is to die for, the food in the restaurant (we ate one week breakfast-brunch-lunch-dinner-drinks- and tried everything there !!!) is amazing, all persons who are working there are doing their best to assist you in every possible way, and all overall is the best 10/10 !!!! 🧡💜🩷
